About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead – Computer Vision who can own and drive our Computer Vision initiatives end-to-end. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be actively involved in coding, designing scalable architectures, mentoring developers, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and mentor a team of Computer Vision engineers, providing technical guidance and architectural direction.
•
Design, develop, and optimize Computer Vision algorithms and AI pipelines.
•
Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, provide technical updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
•
Deploy and optimize Computer Vision solutions on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure (A4500, L4, etc.) and edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson (Orin, Xavier) , Raspberry Pi, and similar platforms.
•
Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
•
Contribute hands-on to development while balancing technical leadership responsibilities.
•
Drive performance optimization and production deployment of AI models.
Required Skills & Experience
•
7+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision , with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or Senior role .
•
Strong programming experience in Python .
•
Hands-on expertise in PyTorch , CUDA , and TensorRT .
•
Experience with Video Analytics , including object detection, tracking, segmentation, and recognition.
•
Experience deploying Computer Vision pipelines into production environments.
•
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms (Orin, Xavier, or similar).
•
Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU deployment workflows; DeepStream knowledge is an advantage.
•
Experience leading or mentoring a team of 3+ engineers .
•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•
Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership responsibilities.
Good to Have
•
Experience with C++ .
•
Hands-on experience with DeepStream and/or GStreamer .
•
Experience in model optimization, compression, and quantization.
•
Background in ANPR , intelligent video analytics, or industrial vision systems.
•
Exposure to Vision Language Models (VLMs) , Generative AI , vLLM , or SGLang .
•
Experience working with embedded or edge AI platforms.
