Pay Range: Targeted salary $14.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits Eligible: Yes Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends) Travel: Not required Position Introduction: OU Parking Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist . This position serves as a key frontline role, providing direct customer support and ensuring the efficient processing of parking-related services within a fast-paced campus environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with parking information, processing permit sales, managing citation payments and appeals, and accurately posting online transactions to customer accounts. This role also supports content management functions and contributes to maintaining accurate records and effective communication with campus constituents. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
