Adv. Sp. Trade Compliance Corporate Division:Import & Export Division, located in Shenyang/China Employment - full time Tasks Responsible for policy interpretation, internal announcement, and being the key interface to coordinate with consultancy to provide internal consultancy. Support on company credibility management including AEO and internal audit, support on the company guideline and instructions, risk management and export control. Key Responsibilities Responsible for authorities policy publishing, updating, analysis and interpretation. Guide business department align with the regulations accordingly and provide necessary training to business department To be responsible for company's registration and updates at border authorities to ensure BBA' valid import & export credentials Responsible for the credibility management in terms of maintain company's credibility qualification, eliminate the potential risks of credibility downgrade, leading to provide the annual audit material as per request from customs in terms of credibility topic Support on developing Taxes and Customs Control Framework, including company guidelines, instructions, risk management and export control and delivery the report to management level regularly Responsible for legal gate for non-trading payment consultancy and implement the yearly internal audit with cross departments Others tasks assigned by line manager Qualifications University degree in automotive, logistics, international trade, economics, & business administration Knowledge of import and export business Knowledge of automotive industry Supply chain or manufacturing knowledge Competent skill and knowledge of project management Skilled application in MS office and SAP Good team work spirit and communication skills Proficient English both in oral and written Speaking German is a plus Background in import and export business 4-6 Years Experience with automotive industry preferred 1-3 Years Working experience for supplier management and project management 1-3 Years Experience in multinational culture is preferred 1-3 Years
