Leading the advancement services function, the full-time Associate Director will manage data integrity, reporting, and prospect research while serving as the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud expert to enhance fundraising strategies in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities • Oversee data management, reporting, and analysis to support fundraising operations • Act as the primary liaison between the Development and Tech teams for Salesforce-related needs • Lead prospect research efforts and produce detailed donor profiles and reports Required qualifications • 5-7 years of related fundraising experience • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and other relevant software tools • Strong research skills applicable to fundraising contexts • Experience managing administrative tasks, including record management and scheduling
