Apollo After School offers after-school care and enrichment clubs at local schools. We are looking for an outgoing, personable, and organized Receptionist for our school-based program in the area. As an Apollo Receptionist, your responsibilities will be: • Greeting students and parents with a positive and engaging attitude. • Being in charge of student dismissal and making sure this runs efficiently. • Managing access to the building for authorized personnel only. • Contacting students to confirm pickup. • Providing a safe and secure school environment. • Actively responding to incidents that threaten school security. • Reporting unusual activity that might become a safety issue promptly. • Actively communicating with Apollo staff members in the location.
