As a versatile IT officer, you are the first point of contact for IT-related reports within the AWL organisation, which has offices in the Netherlands, China, the USA, the Czech Republic, and Mexico. You provide support and guidance to users, both remotely and on site. In addition, you are responsible for analysing and resolving faults and issues with systems and applications. You work closely with colleagues to tackle complex IT challenges, document incidents, and contribute to the improvement of internal processes. You also proactively monitor systems to detect and address problems at an early stage. We fill our vacancies through our own recruitment department.
