About the Role We're hiring an Analyst for our Growth Analytics team , working at the intersection of data science, business analytics, and strategy for a large-scale, SMB-focused jobs marketplace. You'll partner closely with our Demand & Supply, Sales, and Product teams to solve two-sided marketplace problems — matching job demand with candidate supply, forecasting where gaps will open up, and driving measurable interventions. This is a high-ownership role. You won't just pull numbers; you'll frame the problem, choose the right method, and turn the answer into a decision leadership can act on.
