Key Responsibilities:  1.Origination of Investment Opportunities (60%):  Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.  Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.  2.Deal Execution Support (20%):  Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.  Conduct comprehensive financial analysis.  3.Business Development (20%):  Travel to meet and engage with businesses across LATAM. Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.  Our Ideal Hire:  Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Company valuation methodologies.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.  An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  Strong passion for the software and investment sectors.  Fluent in English and French. Fluency or proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
