Job Summary: Claros Technologies is primarily focused on the research, development, scale-up, and commercialization of its PFAS destruction technology. We are seeking a Lab Technician to performs the day-to-day sample preparation of the laboratory in accordance with the identified method and applicable ISO/IEC 17025 requirements as well as any additional requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Performing lab sample preparation for the final analysis • Conduct basic equipment checks and verifications • Maintain the equipment that is used in the sample preparation • Participate in proficiency testing activities • Keep accurate records and provide feedback on sample preparation procedures Qualifications: · General knowledge of chemical and environmental laboratory activities · Attention to detail · Four-year college degree in a scientific field or equivalent laboratory experience · Preferred Qualification: Experience working in a chemical lab setting Benefits: · Competitive compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 · Health, dental, and vision insurance · Paid time off and company holidays · 401(k) retirement plan with company match · Opportunities for career growth and professional development · Company-sponsored training and certifications (e.g., forklift operation) · Supportive, team-oriented work environment Location: On-site at Claros Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota Travel: May be required periodically for client visits, industry events, or conferences Learn More Visit www.clarostech.com to learn more about our mission and impact.
