What We are looking for  As an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Supervisor at Novibet , you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of AML Analysts, ensuring that all AML/CTF obligations are met in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Customer Compliance & Group MLRO, to strengthen the company’s financial crime prevention framework. What you will work on Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of AML Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, BI, Product) to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day AML operations and reporting  Monitor team workload, set priorities, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations  Support the preparation of regular AML reports and regulatory submissions Assist in the enhancement and implementation of AML policies, procedures, and controls Deliver coaching, training sessions, and performance evaluations, including development plans and regular feedback Support internal and external regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and accurate reporting Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry best practices in AML/CTF  What you bring Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant field Minimum 4+ years of experience in AML/CTF within Banking, FinTech, or similar industries (Online Gaming experience preferred) Previous experience managing or mentoring a team is desirable Good knowledge of online gaming products and associated risks Strong understanding of AML/KYC frameworks, including CDD, EDD, and transaction monitoring AML/CTF certification (e.g. ACAMS, ICA) is considered an asset Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize team activities Strong analytical and investigative mindset with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet !
