Help Shape the Future of Semiconductor Metrology
Infinitesima is transforming nanoscale measurement with a pioneering approach to Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Our technology enables semiconductor manufacturers to see more, measure faster, and unlock process insights that conventional metrology techniques cannot achieve.
Backed by leading industry investors including Applied Ventures, the venture capital arm of Applied Materials, we're scaling rapidly worldwide. Our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire (UK) is home to a highly talented team of more than 100 scientists, engineers and commercial specialists developing next-generation metrology solutions for the semiconductor industry.
As adoption of our technology accelerates, we're looking for a customer-focused Applications Engineer to join our growing US team in Hillsboro, Oregon.
