This is not a traditional site-based role. You will be embedded across our fulfillment center network, learning our operating model from the ground up and deploying where we need you most. When Spreetail opens a new fulfillment center, you will transition into permanent leadership there — equipped with the skills, relationships, and institutional knowledge to lead from day one.  This role is built for someone who thrives in change, learns fast, and wants a clear path to site ownership.
