[What the role is] You will be part of the Talent Management team responsible for developing our talents to build and retain a proficient and motivated workforce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact on our people's career development and growth. [What you will be working on] Your key responsibilities include: Conceptualising and implementing career fitness and career coaching initiatives, including related resources, to empower officers to take ownership of their careers Managing secondment and posting initiatives to support officers’ career development and growth Coordinating the nomination of officers for stretch assignments and projects to broaden career exposure Supporting talent development initiatives for officers on the specialist track and recommending improvements where appropriate.
