What you will be doing:
• Manage the Bank property portfolio (>200,000sf) in an effective and efficient manner for space use
• Repsonsible for leasing and relevant data administration and document by set up any auto system / manner
• Assure all the leases and related document are updated as well as complied with the bank policies
• Conduct physical sites check with FM services provider in a regular basis with proper records and documents
• Support for any real estate transaction and negotiation internally and externally e.g. agents, landlords, etc.
• Support the execution of the approved divestment strategy of inactive properties of the Bank
• Support for any projects required for space planning purposes e.g. CAD, imaging, photoshop, etc.
• Follow internal process and reach managment approval in compliance with all bank polices, procedures requirements
• Support and provide information and data for audit purpose
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
Who are we looking for:
• Diploma or above in real estate, apace planning management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banking and finance, real estate/ space planning experiences preferred
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office application
