Description
The EUR Global Partner Network Manager (GPNM) owns the outsourced partner network across Europe, overseeing partner sourcing, onboarding, performance, commercial management, and governance. The role ensures partner-delivered services consistently meet GoGlobal's quality, compliance, and operational standards while optimizing cost and mitigating risk. Reporting to the Global Partner Network function, you will serve as the regional owner of partner relationships and performance across Europe, driving service excellence, business continuity, and commercial value. Key Responsibilities Partner Sourcing & Onboarding Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across Europe based on established qualification criteria and due diligence requirements. Conduct commercial and operational assessments to ensure partners meet GoGlobal's quality, compliance, and delivery standards. Build and maintain a scalable partner network to support business growth across the region. Performance & SLA Governance Monitor partner performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate service quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action plans where performance gaps are identified. Commercial & Contract Management Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with partners to maximize value while maintaining service quality. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and commercial discussions throughout the partner lifecycle. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved commercial outcomes. Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity Ensure partners comply with GoGlobal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. Monitor operational, financial, and compliance risks across the partner network. Support business continuity planning to ensure uninterrupted service delivery across European markets . Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success. Act as the primary regional escalation point for partner-related issues. Build strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of partner SLA and quality performance targets. Commercial savings and cost optimization initiatives. Partner coverage and service continuity across European markets . Compliance, governance, and risk management outcomes. Successful onboarding of new strategic partners. Partner satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in Vendor Management, Partner Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, Outsourcing, or Third-Party Governance. Experience supporting supplier or partner contract negotiations and commercial discussions. Experience monitoring partner performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Exposure to managing vendors or partners across multiple APAC markets is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional global teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis. Preferred Qualifications Experience in professional services, HR services, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
