Participate in the development and execution of marketing programs, result-driven events and acquisition campaigns to achieve business targets Collaborate closely with partners and merchants for premium sourcing, offer liaison and for launch of the various acquisition & spending campaigns Liaise with the internal marketing team for promotional materials, invitations, and post-event communications Assist in monitoring budget & expenses, production, logistics, operations and manpower support, etc. Be present in different events to oversee event operations and assist the team whenever required Ensure acquisitions procedures and branding message are properly followed Handle all customer enquiries and complaints when needed Conduct briefing session and act as Key Contact Person in case of emergency Propose recommendations to streamline and enhance operational process Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required Requirements Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality or equivalent qualifications to HKQF level 5 Minimum 5 years' relevant marketing and/or event management working experience in growth marketing for credit card / membership / reward programmes, or equivalent Experience from media agencies, entertainment group, or shopping mall, is a plus Posses hands-on marketing/event management experience in large-scale public events, or CRM / Marketing / PR activities (e.g. concerts, expo, roadshows, etc) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Participate in any in-/out-door marketing events outside office hours Immediately available is highly preferred Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer Benefits Attractive remuneration package Career progression opportunities Discretionary performance bonus Medical & Dental insurance Birthday leave Anniversary leave Study leave Study subsidy scheme Employee property loan / personal loan scheme Numerous other staff benefits
