The Assistant Sales Manager position serves as a developmental pathway to a future Sales Manager role, offering exposure to leadership, training, performance management, and sales operations. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Assistant Sales Manager partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute sales plans, support profitable growth, and help the team achieve company objectives.   This is a player-coach role for leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, our Assistant Sales Manager, works collaboratively with the management team and other department personnel, executing a sales plan that aligns with corporate growth and objectives. The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the leadership of the sales team to profitable custom sales to further company goals.   We're HIRING URGENTLY in the Metro Atlanta area.
