You’ll help pet parents and train your team to make the best choices for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends, offering expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products. You’ll create connections with our team and customers, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their pet parents. Your Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to manage and maximize the overall success of the store. You’ll help create a customer-centric environment, achieve sales budgets, deliver consistent store standards, and manage costs. Additionally, you will train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence and achieve business objectives.
