ROLE OVERVIEW The Assistant Store Manager – Multi-Site Retail works alongside the Store Manager to lead a multi-site retail operation, driving sales performance, maximising profitability, and delivering an exceptional fan experience in every store. This role is responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a retail team to consistently achieve KPIs, uphold visual merchandising standards, and execute operational best practices across all sites. The Assistant Store Manager – Multi-Site Retail delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)
Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Partner with head office functions — including warehouse, marketing, and operations teams — to align on replenishment schedules, product launches, and peak trading priorities such as match days and key events.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and reforecast sales budgets, and work cross-functionally to ensure store plans reflect business-wide objectives.
People Leadership:
• Manage, motivate, and inspire the retail team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development.
• Identify and close skill gaps through targeted coaching, development planning, and succession planning to build a pipeline of capable, fan-focused retail talent.

• Champion a culture of exceptional customer service across all stores, ensuring every fan interaction reflects the highest standards of care and engagement.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce loss, and enhance the overall performance of the retail operation.

• Take full ownership of store-related costs, driving profitability by managing payroll within budget and minimising all areas of loss.
• Implement and enforce strict stock loss prevention procedures and ensure all cash handling policies are adhered to rigorously.
• Conduct four full store audits per year and carry out regular security
