We're looking for an Associate Director of Performance Creative to lead the performance creative strategy, development, and optimization of performance marketing across Bumble's growth channels. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, and consumer insight. You'll partner closely with Growth Marketing to develop creative that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention while continually testing, learning, and improving performance. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing creative strategy, rolling up their sleeves to create and iterate assets, and partnering with agencies and contractors to scale creative output.
