Bellwether is privately held and has offices in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, London and Dallas.  Overview The Equity Associate will support Bellwether's robust Asset Management team, gaining exposure to office and retail asset classes through financial modeling, fund-level reporting, and underwriting of equity investments. Regular communication with internal and external decision-makers will be expected in this role, offering exposure to industry leaders in the real estate investment community.
