We have also advised on a large number of complex private equity transactions, acting for Irish and international equity sponsors, lenders, companies raising capital and management teams.  Our experience extends beyond transactional work and we also look after our clients through every stage of the company life-cycle. About the Role   This is an excellent opportunity to work within a top-tier Insolvency Team based in our Corporate M&A Practice Group, advising on high-profile and complex matters in a dynamic and evolving legal landscape. You will work closely with partners and senior associates and you will have direct contact with clients and strong exposure to ongoing business development initiatives.
