The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026 . Our fall season takes place during May. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. Selling at graduations). Financial: • Set hourly pay of $15/hour • Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals Qualifications: • Availability during the first two weeks of May • Valid driver's license • Provide own means of transportation to our office • Freshman, sophomore or junior in college • Open to traveling for extended periods of time • Reliable and responsible • Discipline to wake up early • Stamina to work consecutively long days • Organizational skills • Effective member of a team • Contribute towards sales goals • Positive attitude throughout the day • Adaptability and flexibility • Outgoing and personable • Comfortable interacting and communicating with high volumes of people throughout the days • Multi-tasking skills • Articulate and persuasive • Uphold the highest professional standard • Driven and motivated Responsibilities: • Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements • Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales • Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals • Setting up retail kiosks at commencements • Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day • Understanding and implementing the marketing of products • Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site Benefits • All food and drinks covered • All travel expenses while on the road covered • Networking opportunities • Professional development • Leadership opportunities
