Your key tasks will be: • Answering customers inquires • Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups • Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction • Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers About you We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.
