With your excellent communication and organizational skills, you will coordinate with technicians, build detailed estimates including parts and labor components using industry resources and repair proceedures, answer guest inquiries, and maintain an organized repair log to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. You will also handle third-party warranty work, handle parts check ins, returns, and parts reconcilliations. You will also manage all quick service tickets, including waiters, as well as all phone quotes.
