  Located in the Gothic Quarter, opposite Port Vell, the House has a private Club for our Members. The Health Club offers innovative options for taking care of our bodies and minds. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant.  &nbsp;

   The&nbsp;Role…   &nbsp;  
  We&nbsp;are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;an&nbsp;experienced&nbsp;   Barback&nbsp;   to&nbsp;join&nbsp;our&nbsp;team.&nbsp;Your&nbsp;main&nbsp;responsibilities&nbsp;are&nbsp;serving&nbsp;alcoholic&nbsp;and non-alcoholic&nbsp;beverages,&nbsp;food&nbsp;(when&nbsp;needed) and&nbsp;providing&nbsp;excellent&nbsp;service&nbsp;to&nbsp;members,&nbsp;creating&nbsp;memorable&nbsp;experiences.  &nbsp;  
  Other&nbsp;duties&nbsp;include&nbsp;mixing&nbsp;cocktails,&nbsp;preparing&nbsp;the&nbsp;bar&nbsp;for&nbsp;service&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;it&nbsp;is&nbsp;in&nbsp;pristine&nbsp;condition.  &nbsp;

   Main&nbsp;Duties   &nbsp;  
 
  Createawelcoming&nbsp;environment&nbsp;for&nbsp;members&nbsp;and&nbsp;guests&nbsp;when&nbsp;they&nbsp;approach&nbsp;the&nbsp;bar.  &nbsp;  
  Ensuringthebar&nbsp;is&nbsp;fully&nbsp;stocked&nbsp;at&nbsp;all&nbsp;times&nbsp;including;&nbsp;replenishing&nbsp;ice,&nbsp;spirits&nbsp;and&nbsp;mixers,&nbsp;preparing&nbsp;garnishes&nbsp;and&nbsp;restocking&nbsp;glasses.  &nbsp;  
  Polishingglasswareand&nbsp;storing&nbsp;glasses&nbsp;safely&nbsp;and in&nbsp;the&nbsp;right&nbsp;place.  &nbsp;  
  Cleaningshakers,stirrers,&nbsp;strainers&nbsp;and&nbsp;other&nbsp;bartending&nbsp;tools&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;they&nbsp;are in&nbsp;their&nbsp;correct&nbsp;places.  &nbsp;  
  Retrieveandreplenish&nbsp;beverages&nbsp;from&nbsp;storage.&nbsp;Restocking&nbsp;wines,&nbsp;mixers,&nbsp;spirits,&nbsp;straws,&nbsp;napkins&nbsp;and&nbsp;garnishes.&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;  
  Collectglasswarefrom&nbsp;the&nbsp;bar&nbsp;area, tables and&nbsp;other&nbsp;sections.  &nbsp;  
  Ensurebinsare&nbsp;regularly&nbsp;emptied&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;cleanliness&nbsp;and&nbsp;hygiene&nbsp;are&nbsp;observed&nbsp;at&nbsp;all&nbsp;times.  &nbsp;  
  Performopeningand&nbsp;closing&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;including&nbsp;but&nbsp;not&nbsp;limited&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;set up and break&nbsp;down&nbsp;of&nbsp;stations.  &nbsp;  
  Maintainaspotless&nbsp;and&nbsp;pristine&nbsp;working&nbsp;environment&nbsp;both&nbsp;front&nbsp;of&nbsp;house&nbsp;and back&nbsp;of&nbsp;house.  &nbsp;  
  Providingmemberswith&nbsp;the&nbsp;bill&nbsp;and&nbsp;processing&nbsp;payment&nbsp;via&nbsp;card&nbsp;or&nbsp;utilising&nbsp;the&nbsp;SHApp&nbsp;and House&nbsp;Pay.  &nbsp;  
  Attendingregular briefingswith&nbsp;front&nbsp;and back&nbsp;of&nbsp;house&nbsp;teams&nbsp;to&nbsp;learn&nbsp;about&nbsp;any&nbsp;menu&nbsp;changes&nbsp;and&nbsp;specials&nbsp;alongside&nbsp;daily&nbsp;tastings.&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;  
  Runningdrinksfor&nbsp;the&nbsp;bar&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;tables&nbsp;when&nbsp;needed.&nbsp;  &nbsp;  
  Resolvemembercomplaints,&nbsp;handling&nbsp;all&nbsp;member&nbsp;interactions&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;highest&nbsp;level&nbsp;of&nbsp;hospitality&nbsp;and&nbsp;professionalism.&nbsp;  &nbsp;  
  Takeactionin&nbsp;all&nbsp;matters&nbsp;related&nbsp;to&nbsp;safety,&nbsp;security,&nbsp;satisfaction&nbsp;and&nbsp;wellbeing&nbsp;of&nbsp;employees&nbsp;and&nbsp;members.&nbsp;  &nbsp;  
  Assuretheproper&nbsp;handling&nbsp;of&nbsp;VIPs&nbsp;and&nbsp;PWKs,&nbsp;protecting&nbsp;their&nbsp;privacy&nbsp;and&nbsp;confidentiality.  &nbsp;
