What You’ll Be Doing As an Installer , you’ll be part of a team responsible for bringing retail enclosures and graphics to life with precision and care. • Craftsmanship: Use your carpentry skills to install modular barricades, retail signs, and fixtures. • Problem Solving: Use your critical thinking to handle on-site challenges and get the job done right the first time. • Safety & Care: Operate equipment (like lifts and trucks) safely and keep your tools and vehicle in top shape. What You’ll Need to Succeed We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a hands-on environment. • Experience: At least 3 years in commercial construction or framing. You should be a pro with a tape measure, level, and circular saw. • The Basics: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Strength & Stamina: You’re comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and can lift up to 80 lbs. • Flexibility: You’re okay with a flexible schedule, occasional overtime, and the occasional overnight trip to get a project across the finish line.
