Lead, Grow, and Make a Lasting Impact 💙 Clinical Director (BCBA) - ABA Therapy Center Germantown, MD | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Full-Time (40 hours/week) Starting Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Growth-Based Increases We’re looking for a passionate and driven Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our ABA clinic in Germantown, MD. Why You’ll Love This Role • A true leadership opportunity - play a key role in growing a clinic from 3 to 20+ clients • Competitive starting salary with clear, rewarding growth milestones • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) • Generous PTO & paid holidays • A collaborative, supportive team culture where your voice matters • Ongoing professional growth and leadership development Your Impact Clinical Leadership • Maintain a small caseload (~15 billable hours/week) • Conduct assessments and guide individualized treatment plans • Mentor and support RBTs, helping them grow and succeed • Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective clinical care Team & Operations • Lead the day-to-day rhythm of the clinic • Support your team with scheduling, coverage, and problem-solving • Foster a positive, organized, and efficient clinic environment • Partner with admin staff to keep everything running smoothly Family Connection • Build strong, trusting relationships with families • Provide parent training and ongoing support • Help ensure every family feels heard, supported, and confident in their child’s progress Growth & Community • Help grow the clinic thoughtfully from 3 to 20+ clients • Build relationships with pediatricians, referral partners, and community organizations • Represent the clinic at local events and conferences • Support intake and help welcome new families into services What You Bring • Active BCBA certification • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Experience supervising RBTs and managing clinical programs • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills • A passion for growth - both for your team and the families you serve • Clinic experience is a plus If you’re looking for a role where you can lead with purpose, grow something meaningful, and be part of a team that truly cares - this is your opportunity!
