Deliver custom-fit beauty rituals and advice that suit every client’s needs and lifestyle. Image & Presentation Dress the part — wearing Guerlain’s uniform with confidence and pride. Embody the elegance and sophistication of the Guerlain brand at all times. Use only Guerlain products during working hours to represent the brand authentically. Team Spirit Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative counter environment. Take initiative on assigned tasks and work closely with your Retail or Sales Manager to achieve shared goals. Communicate openly and celebrate each other’s successes — together, we shine brighter.
