As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, you will play an essential role in creating a positive experience while ensuring our office operates efficiently. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the TORKLAW Ambassador- receptionist, your responsibilities will include but no limited to: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and warmth. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects the TORKLAW brand. Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Take accurate messages and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed. Scan, copy, fax, file, and organize legal documents. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and legal deliveries. Prepare outgoing correspondence and shipments using FedEx and USPS. Assist with office organization, supplies, and day-to-day operations. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or similar experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Profirbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly, profciency with Microsoft Office and other standard office software. Strong veessional, and client-focused demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation is required, as this is a fully in-office position.
