Fundwell is a US-focused fintech helping business owners access funding, receivables, payables, and embedded payments. We're growing our outbound team and looking for a high-energy, fully bilingual Spanish Sales Development Representative to open conversations with business owners across US markets. This is a fast-paced, call-heavy role for someone who thrives on volume, loves the phones, and wants a clear path to grow in sales. You'll be the first voice prospects hear — in their language. Location: Cape Town CBD (on-site) · Hours: 14:00 - 23:00 or 15:00 - 00:00 · Type: Full-time What you'll do Make a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking business owners Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team Switch fluidly between English, Spanish or Portuguese depending on who's on the line Keep your pipeline and activity up to date in our CRM Hit (and beat) daily and weekly outreach targets Requirements Fluent in Spanish OR Portuguese , plus professional English (spoken and written) Comfortable with a call-heavy, target-driven day — you like the pace Confident, resilient, and great at building quick rapport over the phone 1+ year in sales, telesales, BDR, or a similar customer-facing role (entry-to-mid level welcome) Happy to work on-site in the CBD on a US-aligned late shift Bonus points Prior outbound/BDR experience in fintech, lending, or B2B Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Experience selling into US markets Benefits What we offer Competitive base + uncapped commission Door-to-door transport after your shift Apple hardware to work on Medical insurance A high-growth sales environment with real progression into closing roles
