Description
Duties/Responsibilities: • Own and continuously improve the demand input process in the rolling plan system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives. • Oversee daily factory production and shipping execution, proactively identifying risks and driving cross-functional resolution to ensure on-time delivery. • Lead the development and optimization of production planning strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness. • Drive the consolidation, analysis, and continuous improvement of the monthly 13+9 rolling forecast, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. • Establish and enforce inventory governance processes, including management of abnormal and excess/overstock materials, to optimize working capital and minimize risk. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. • 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions. • Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset. • Proficiency in Mandarin & English (written and spoken).
