About the job: The Billing & Revenue Accountant supports the execution and integrity of billing and revenue operations across the business. Working closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, and Systems teams, this role helps maintain accurate billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and audit readiness across platforms including Zuora, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zendesk. The role serves as a secondary owner for key billing and revenue processes, supporting system configuration, billing validation, process controls, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure scalable and compliant financial operations.
