We don't take ourselves too seriously and make sure that the journey is a blast! 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Business Associate Intern, you will have a front-row seat to how Joko grows strategic B2B partnerships with leading retail brands. You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of partners, with a clear objective: driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact role at the crossroads of business strategy, sales and data — perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real difference. Your responsibilities: - Sales - Create a strong and direct relationship with the clients you are in charge of. You will lead client day-to-day relationships, secure regular touch-points, and drive & measure client satisfaction. - Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights to increase Joko’s turnover by upselling and cross-selling your partners. - Data - Analyze customer data (e.g. banking, geolocation, and browsing) to identify behavioral trends and value opportunities. - Build a clear vision of the trends in your clients’ markets thanks to payment data-based analyses. You’ll use this knowledge to perfectly tailor proposed offers and communications. - Business strategy - Design and improve processes to scale campaign launches and partner success. - Work cross-functionally with Product, and Data to improve the whole Joko experience. - Contribute to strategic projects, from user segmentation to incrementality studies.
