Description As a Business Controller your responsibilities are: Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Identify areas for cost optimisation and process improvements. Assist in financial planning and strategic initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. A successful Business Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes. Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Fluency in English.
