Description
Key Responsibilities – New Business Development • Aggressively prospect and generate new business with organizations that employ or plan to employ: • Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound activity (cold outreach, networking, events, referrals) • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution • Meet or exceed defined revenue and new client acquisition targets Client Engagement • Engage decision-makers across HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Legal functions • Conduct discovery conversations to understand hiring practices, program structures, and workforce needs • Present the organization’s sponsorship model, capabilities, and processes clearly and accurately • Align offerings with client priorities related to hiring, compliance, and program administration Target Market Focus • Develop relationships with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and education leadership • Focus on sectors such as education, hospitality, healthcare, engineering, and multinational organizations with structured global programs Market Expansion • Identify and pursue new verticals that rely on international teaching talent and early-career global workforce programs • Stay informed on immigration categories (e.g., J-1, H-1B, OPT) and global mobility practices • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums Qualifications Required: • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong hunter mindset • Proven success in new logo acquisition and outbound-driven sales • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, Immigration teams • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently and close complex deals Preferred: • Experience with international staffing • Familiarity with internship, trainee, or exchange visitor programs (J-1, OPT, CPT) • Exposure to global mobility or sponsorship services • Established network within education systems or HR/global mobility functions Key Competencies • Strong prospecting discipline and closing ability • Consultative communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to explain complex processes clearly • Resilience and adaptability • High level of ownership and accountability Success Metrics • New client acquisition • Pipeline generation and outbound activity levels • Conversion rates and deal size • Sales cycle progression and close rates • Expansion into education, internship, and trainee segments Why Join Us • High-impact, growth-focused role with strong earning potential • Opportunity to contribute to expanding access to international talent programs • Fast-growing organization operating at the intersection of workforce and global mobility
