You'll own outbound, generate pipeline, partner closely with Account Executives and gain exposure to the full sales cycle. We want to develop future AEs, not career BDRs. You'll be: - 🎯 Prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn - 📞 Speaking with Finance Leaders, CFOs and C-suite executives - 🤝 Booking high-quality meetings that convert into revenue - 💡 Creating personalised outreach that actually gets replies - 🚀 Working alongside experienced AEs and learning how complex deals are won - 🤖 Using AI and modern sales tools to work smarter, not harder WE'RE LOOKING FOR You might have: - 1+ year as a SaaS BDR or 2-3 years in a high-performing outbound sales role - A track record of smashing targets and building pipeline - Confidence on the phone (you actually enjoy cold calling) - A curious, resilient, competitive mindset - A genuine interest in startups, technology and AI Bonus points if you've sold into finance teams, fintech, ERP software or if you're already using AI to make yourself more productive.
