Position Purpose This role will lead and drive the overall business strategy and performance of a portfolio of niche fragrance brands in Indonesia. The Business Manager will be responsible for developing brand equity, accelerating sales growth, and strengthening market presence across both offline and online channels. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of luxury/niche consumer behavior, and the ability to translate brand DNA into impactful market execution while managing multiple brand principals and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Develop and own the end-to-end business strategy for a portfolio of niche fragrance brands, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing strategies in alignment with each brand’s global identity while localizing for the Indonesian market, with a strong focus on accelerating sales performance across channels Lead and execute integrated marketing plans, including retail activations, PR, influencer engagement, and digital campaigns to build brand desirability and awareness Manage full P&L responsibility across brands, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and profitability tracking Strengthen and expand distribution channels across key retailers, department stores, specialty stores, and e-commerce platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with brand principals, acting as the key point of contact for business alignment and performance reviews Identify white space opportunities, including new brand acquisitions, category expansion, and cross-border business growth Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights within the niche and luxury fragrance space to inform strategic decisions Collaborate closely with internal teams (retail, marketing, supply chain, and e-commerce) to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing and agile organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in beauty, luxury, or FMCG industries, with strong exposure to brand management, commercial, or sales functions Proven track record in managing multiple brands or categories, with strong achievements in driving both
