This role coordinates executive support, leadership meetings, business administration, hosts onboarding, and creates strategic projects that improve organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy. As the site grows, this position will help scale business operations and leadership support. Key Responsibilities Executive Support • Coordinate calendars, travel, expenses, presentations, and confidential correspondence for our Gilbert Leadership Team. Leadership Operations • Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, minutes, action tracking, decision logs, Town Halls, and off sites. Business Administration • Maintain organizational documentation, forms, reports, SharePoint resources, purchasing support, and administrative processes. • Own employee recognition events, appreciation activities, wellness initiatives, holiday events, and internal communication displays. HR Administrative Support • Onboarding logistics, training logistics, and administration of the site recognition program. • Coordinate and run New Hire orientation for the site. Project Coordination • Support strategic initiatives, office planning projects, and cross-functional programs. • Support office moves and planning. • Support upcoming site moves and logistics with site Facilities Manager. • Provide backup support to the Office Coordinator when needed. Qualifications • 5+ years supporting executives, business operations, or administration. • Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously. • Advanced Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills. • Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities. • Manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred. What Success Looks Like • Enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities. • Improves organizational efficiency. • Coordinates effective leadership meetings and follow-through. • Builds trusted partnerships across the site. • Anticipates business needs and recommends process improvements while working independently. Growth Opportunity: This position is expected to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and independently manage key business operations initiatives as the site expands. LI-MC1 Salary Range Transparency: Phoenix, AZ $75,000.00–$95,000.00 Annually Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
