As an intern, you’ll play a vital role as a liaison between our customers and their internal networks, helping to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Keep customers informed, engaged, and supported • Provide outstanding customer service and communication Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment • A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
