Key Responsibilities
S/4HANA Program Leadership:
• Lead Finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization
• Define reporting requirements, chart of accounts, and data structures
• Coordinate UAT, user readiness, and post-go-live enhancements
• Drive adoption of standardized finance processes
AI, Analytics & Automation:
• Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities in finance processes
• Deploy advanced dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned to operations
• Enable tools (Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.) for scalable insights
• Build automated reporting for key drivers (inventory, AR/AP, cost drivers)
Data & Reporting Architecture:
• Design scalable reporting models integrating SAP and other systems
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and consistency across divisions
• Translate business needs into technical/reporting solutions
Controls & Process Optimization:
• Assess financial/operational processes and identify control gaps
• Implement technology-enabled controls and monitoring solutions
• Improve reporting speed, accuracy, and transparency
• Standardize and enhance vendor callback confirmation processes using automation and AI-supported workflows to strengthen financial controls and audit traceability
Key Relationships:
• Corporate IT & SAP teams
• Finance leadership & divisional stakeholders
• Cross-functional teams (Ops, HR)
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Finance with systems focus
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
• Hands-on AI / BI tools (Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.)
• Strong data modeling, integration, and automation skills
• Background in IT-enabled finance or transformation roles
This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:
$57,658.00 - $107,000.00
