Key Responsibilities * Review guest profiles, arrival information, preferences, special occasions, and service requests before check-in. * Ensure assigned suites are prepared according to individual guest requirements prior to arrival. * Coordinate amenities, room setup, dining preferences, children's requirements, and celebration arrangements. * Welcome guests personally at the Porte Cochere and provide a warm, polished, and individualized arrival experience. * Escort guests directly to their suite while introducing relevant resort facilities and services. * Conduct private in-room check-in procedures accurately and efficiently. * Assist with luggage, unpacking, garment organization, and personal belongings according to guest preferences. * Collect, update, and protect detailed information regarding guest habits, preferences, schedules, and service expectations. * Anticipate needs throughout the stay and arrange services before the guest is required to ask. * Prepare daily agendas and personalized schedules covering dining reservations, activities, appointments, transportation, and entertainment. * Coordinate restaurant bookings, spa appointments, resort experiences, tours, and external arrangements. * Communicate confirmed plans and changing requirements clearly to all relevant departments. * Arrange guest laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning services while ensuring correct handling and timely return. * Monitor suite presentation, amenities, maintenance requirements, and replenishment needs. * Liaise with Housekeeping, Concierge, Front Office, Food and Beverage, Transportation, Spa, Security, and Guest Relations. * Follow up on every request to confirm that it has been completed correctly and on time. * Provide thoughtful recommendations based on guest interests, culture, family requirements, and previous preferences. * Respond calmly and resourcefully to last-minute changes, urgent needs, and unusual requests. * Handle service concerns discreetly and coordinate prompt recovery actions. * Maintain accurate guest notes, handover records, itinerary details, and follow-up information in approved systems. * Respect confidentiality and protect all personal, financial, and travel-related guest information. * Support packing, departure preparation, luggage collection, transportation, and final guest arrangements. * Maintain a professional appearance and polished communication throughout every interaction. * Work independently when necessary while remaining closely aligned with the wider Butler and resort teams. * Perform hands-on service duties whenever required to preserve the quality and continuity of the guest experience. Ideal Profile * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality management or a related discipline. * Minimum 2 years of professional butler experience. * Previous employment in an ultra-luxury hotel, resort, private residence, yacht, or premium hospitality environment is preferred. * Strong command of spoken and written English. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed requests simultaneously. * Natural ability to anticipate guest needs and interpret preferences accurately. * Strategic thinker with creativity and confidence when developing personalized experiences. * Positive, flexible, and comfortable adapting to rapid operational changes. * Thorough and methodical approach to preparation, documentation, and follow-up. * Strong team skills and the ability to coordinate across several resort departments. * Genuine enjoyment of guest communication and relationship building. * Able to view situations from the guest's perspective and respond with empathy. * Willing to complete practical service tasks personally rather than relying entirely on others. * Discreet and trustworthy when handling private information and valuable belongings. * Calm under pressure with sound judgment and a solution-focused attitude. * Flexible to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
