Important: Although training is provided virtually by our Regional Canvassing leadership team, you will report to the Lenoir City office for team meetings, daily assignments, and other business-related activities while working alongside the local General Manager and Sales team. Work Environment: Outdoor • Door-to-Door Appointment Setting • Walking Neighborhoods Daily Job Snapshot Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $17.00/hour + Uncapped Performance Bonuses Pay Structure: Weekly Pay Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Full-Time, including afternoons, evenings, and some weekends Travel: Local travel throughout the Knoxville market Experience: No canvassing experience required
