Additionally tasked with processing cash, card, and digital transactions via POS systems, resolving customer inquiries professionally, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment throughout the dining area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or retail. Proficiency with POS systems, cash/card payment handling, and basic math skills. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and menu offerings.
