Performs other related duties as assigned. Responsible for approving access to VIP benefits and lounges.  Promotes superior guest service.  Has the ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required. One year of high volume casino experience required. Must be able to stand during entire shift with frequent reaching, bending and stooping.
