Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: • Safely deliver products to various customers, ensuring that restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores stay well-stocked. • Conduct pre/post trip inspections on the tractor-trailer and submit DOT inspection reports. • Drive the tractor-trailer to destinations while adhering to commercial driving regulations and demonstrating proficient vehicle maneuvering skills. • Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations and document deliveries accurately. • Unload the trailer and deliver products at customer locations. • Manage additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: • At least 21 years of age • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) • A minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience • Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications • Ability to read, write, and understand English at a job-related level to ensure effective communication and compliance with safety standards.
