This executive drives revenue growth, oversees major enterprise client contracts, and aligns product lines with customerdemands.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy: Create and execute long-term commercial plans to hit revenue and profit goals in the mining sector.Team Leadership: Mentor and scale regional or global sales, technical service, and account management teams. [Key Account Management: Maintain high-level relationships with major mining houses and tier-one operations. [Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, product supply, and technical engineering teams to customize chemical formulations for specific ore bodies or extraction processes.Market Analysis: Monitor global mineral commodity cycles, competitor behavior, and environmental safety regulations impacting chemical usage.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, or Chemistry; an MBA is strongly preferred. [Experience: 12 to 15 years of B2B industrial sales experience, with at least 5 to 7 years in a senior executive leadership role managing chemical and or heavy industrial markets.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mineral processing, froth flotation, hydrometallurgy, and mine-site water treatment chemistry is a plus.Skills: Expert in managing long enterprise sales cycles, negotiating multi-million-dollar supply agreements, and driving accountability across remote teams.
