Description
• Chief Operating Officer - Wholesale Electronics Distribution We are a rapidly scaling distributor in the high-demand consumer electronics and mobile device sector . Holding direct relationships with tier-one international hardware manufacturers and global technology brands, our organization serves as a critical bridge in the global supply chain . We supply commercial partners, high-volume retail chains, regional distributors, and enterprise buyers across global markets . Operating at the intersection of high market demand, favorable pricing structures, and unique inventory access, our business is positioned to capture significant market share . As we expand our global footprint and capture emerging distribution channels, we are seeking executive leadership that can transform market opportunities into sustainable enterprise value . We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key executive partner to our Founder and CEO . This is not a passive, supervisory, or purely maintenance-oriented executive role . We are specifically seeking a true "Builder" —an operational leader who thrives on identifying scalable business opportunities, designing robust operational infrastructure, and executing aggressive expansion strategies without compromising operational integrity . The ideal candidate possesses deep supply chain and distribution acumen, combined with the leadership authority to build, organize, and refine operational systems across inventory management, vendor logistics, and cross-departmental workflows . You will turn executive vision into scalable reality, building an operational machine capable of supporting exponential growth . This position is based full-time in-office . Key Responsibilities • Strategic Scaling & Expansion: Partner directly with the CEO to translate executive vision into structured, actionable, and scalable operational frameworks to capitalize on global trade opportunities . • Infrastructure & Process Building: Design, establish, and optimize scalable internal systems, supply chain logistics, inventory control protocols, and vendor management procedures . • Cross-Functional Executive Leadership: Provide direct oversight and leadership across all operational departments, establishing high standards of performance, clear KPIs, and accountability across teams . • Risk Mitigation & Operational Stability: Implement safeguards, compliance mechanisms, and operational checks to ensure rapid company growth occurs sustainably without operational bottlenecks . • Supply Chain & Vendor Alignment: Oversee direct-to-brand supply chain channels, optimizing partner onboarding, order fulfillment velocity, and global distribution logistics . • Financial & Operational Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and present core operational metrics, inventory turnover rates, and operational margins directly to executive leadership . Qualifications • Proven track record in an executive leadership role (COO, VP of Operations, or Senior Director) within high-volume distribution, wholesale consumer electronics, or global supply chain logistics . • Demonstrated background as an operational "builder" who has directly designed, scaled, and built operational frameworks, rather than simply managing pre-existing corporate structures . • Deep expertise in supply chain logistics, inventory management systems, international trade workflows, and direct vendor operations . • Superior executive presence, strategic decision-making capability, team-building skills, and high-stakes negotiation ability . • Ability and willingness to work full-time in-office . Compensation • Base Salary: $250,000 – $350,000 per year . • Incentives: Potential profit-based bonuses/incentives .
