We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our Chilled Intake team on a weekend shift. The Role As a Forklift Driver within our Chilled Intake department, you will play a key role in ensuring raw materials are received, stored and supplied efficiently to support production requirements. Key Responsibilities Safely operate counterbalance forklifts in accordance with company procedures. Receive, unload and put away incoming deliveries. Transfer stock between intake, storage and production areas. Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately. Complete daily forklift safety checks and report any defects. Ensure stock is rotated and stored correctly. Maintain accurate records and complete relevant paperwork or system transactions. Support inventory accuracy through stock checks and audits. Adhere to all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene requirements. Keep work areas clean, safe and organised. Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing or food production environment. Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Flexible and reliable approach to work. Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
