Open Auditions: August 24, 2026 4pm Check In Human Resources Must attend an in-person audition on August 24th to be considered for role Check In 4:00 pm at the Busch Gardens Human Resources Building 3605 E Bougainvillea Ave Tampa, FL 33612 Must apply online prior to audition Headshot and resume required at check in Please bring dance heels and flat dance shoes Please wear form fitting attire Seeking dynamic dancers with great physicality and expertise in multiple dance styles for limited engagement Christmas Show Applicants must be available for all rehearsal and performance dates listed below Rehearsal Dates 11-7pm 11/9, 11/10, 11/11, 11/13, 11/17, 11/18, 11/19, 11/20, 11/21, 11/23, 11/24 Performance Dates 11/27, 11/28, 11/29, 12/4, 12/5, 12/6, 12/11, 12/12, 12/13, 12/17, 12/18, 12/19, 12/20, 12/21, 12/24, 12/ 26, 12/27, 12/28 What you get to do: • Perform 3-5 shows nightly for listed dates for up to 40 hours/week, to include special functions and rehearsals • Participate in maintaining Busch Gardens cleanliness standards • Provide and maintain specific instrument including working condition and appearance • Perform all other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: • Must be at least 18 years old • Must be available for all rehearsal and performance dates • Strong performance skills and the ability to perform multiple styles of dance to include: Jazz, contemporary, ballet, tumbling, partnering • Must be able to perform with various props and special effects • Outgoing and friendly personality- versatile and ability to improvise • Outstanding performance and showmanship while performing set musical and dance selections. • Must be able to learn and retain multiple styles of dance choreography and blocking • Must be able to professionally accept and implement critiques and notes from Leadership Team • Flexible with work hours and working conditions • High School graduate- must be 18 years to audition • Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors and guests • Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis • Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights (if needed/required) • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes • Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing) • Perform all cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals • Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities EEO Employer: SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
